Heroes of the App Games

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have an Angry Birds and Doodle Jump mashup, just to see which of your favorite video game app heroes would win in a brawl?  Well, I have.  Yes, I have, and I bet you have too.  I was checking out the gaming channel on DirecTV in New Mexico the other day and one guy was talking about Battleground’s King and little minions going up against Defend-G’s comparatively high tech fighting power and what an epic fail that would be for  Battleground.  It thought it was funny, so I decided to do a little web search and see if other people had similar ideas.

That’s when I came across a neat infographic that actually pairs up popular iPhone gaming app heroes against each other and sorts them by four categories: speed, skill, strength, and smarts.  Depending on how highly the heroes score in each of those categories, the outcome varies from set to set.  It’s kind of a nice way to get a visual for an imaginary romp through app games that takes your main characters out of context.
